Consent Policy

Consent is the foundation of everything Kabaakh builds. A Legacy is created by the person it represents, on their own terms, for the people they choose.
The individual determines access, permissions, private subjects, authorized family members, and activation conditions. Consent is specific, informed, and revocable while living.
Activation of a legacy requires verified identity and death verification. Access is granted only to those the creator explicitly designated.
A creator may establish conditions under which their legacy may eventually be archived or retired. Legacy retirement is part of the design.
