FAQ

What you may be wondering.

If your question isn't here, we're happy to answer it directly.

Kabaakh is a premium digital legacy company building technology designed to preserve more than a person's appearance, voice, or recorded stories. We are being built to preserve the behavioral patterns, values, judgment, personality, and ways of thinking that make someone uniquely themselves — so future generations can continue learning from them.

A Legacy Twin is a person-specific behavioral model created intentionally by an individual while living. Unlike a simple avatar or recording, a Legacy Twin is designed to reflect how the person thinks, weighs decisions, and responds — preserving their character, not just their likeness.

Most technologies reproduce how someone looks or sounds. Kabaakh is being designed around behavioral fidelity — the degree to which a digital representation reflects how a person actually thinks, decides, and responds. Appearance makes someone recognizable; behavior makes them familiar.

Through long-form life-story conversations, structured behavioral assessments, and scenario-based decision testing, Kabaakh works to identify patterns in your priorities, values, judgment, and personality. This information is used to build a person-specific behavioral model.

No. A Kabaakh Legacy should be created intentionally by the person it represents. Consent is foundational to everything we are building. We do not recreate individuals who have not authorized it.

You do. The individual creating a Kabaakh Legacy determines access, permissions, private subjects, authorized family members, and activation conditions. Your behavioral information is treated as exceptionally sensitive personal data.

Only the family members and individuals you explicitly designate. You decide who receives access, when access becomes available, and what topics remain private.

Yes. You establish private topics, family permissions, and future restrictions. You remain in control of what is preserved and what is shared.

Yes. You can update access, permissions, and designated family members while you are living. You may also establish conditions under which your legacy may eventually be archived or retired.

Your Legacy is activated according to the conditions you set — only after identity and death verification, and only for the family members you designated. Your wishes govern what happens next.

Your family interacts with the Legacy you created. The boundaries, permissions, and private topics you establish are designed to be respected. Family members do not rewrite the person you chose to preserve.

No. The experience must never falsely claim that the person is biologically alive. Transparency is a core principle: the interface is a representation created and authorized by the individual, not the living person.

Yes. You may establish conditions under which your digital legacy may be archived or retired. Legacy retirement is part of the design, not an afterthought.

Recordings preserve what you said in a single moment. Kabaakh is designed to preserve how you think — so future generations can continue to learn from your judgment, values, and character, not only replay your words.
