Built to support remembrance, not replace reality.

01

Consent First

A Kabaakh Legacy should be created intentionally by the person it represents.

Consent is the foundation of everything we build. A Legacy is not something done to someone — it is something created by them, on their own terms, for the people they love.

02

Owner Control

The individual determines access, permissions, private subjects, authorized family members, and activation conditions.

You decide who can interact with your Legacy, when they can, and what remains private. Control rests with the person whose character is being preserved — always.

03

Transparent AI

The experience must never falsely claim that the person is biologically alive.

The interface is a representation authorized by the individual, not the living person. We design for honesty, not illusion.

04

Privacy by Design

Behavioral information is treated as exceptionally sensitive personal data.

How you think is more personal than how you look. We treat behavioral data with the care that intimacy demands.

05

Identity Protection

Identity verification, authorization, and access-control are built into the system.

Activation requires verified identity and death verification. Access is granted only to those the creator explicitly designated.

06

Family Safety

The experience supports healthy remembrance rather than encouraging unhealthy dependency.

We design for connection and continuity, not compulsion. The goal is to support grieving families, not to exploit them.

07

No Grief Manipulation

Never using engagement tricks, artificial scarcity, predatory pricing, or emotional pressure against grieving families.

We will not use dark patterns, artificial scarcity, or emotional pressure. Grief is not a market.

08

Legacy Retirement

The creator may establish conditions under which their digital legacy may eventually be archived or retired.

A legacy should have a dignified end as well as a beginning. You decide when and how your Legacy may eventually be retired.
